Hardegger Käse – in our ripening cellars, we cultivate and store over 130,000 rounds of cheese

In our air-conditioned ripening cellars, we stock more than 130,000 rounds of cheese. This enables Hardegger Käse to guarantee its national and international customers permanent availability of all the Swiss cheese specialities they need. But we don’t only store the cheese – we also carefully cultivate and refine it according to the best cheesemaking tradition.
