Hardegger Käse – a family business committed to performance

The focus on cheese – In the Hardegger Käse family business in Jonschwil in Eastern Switzerland, everything revolves around cheese. Day in, day out, Josef Hardegger and his 95 helpers apply their whole passion and vast expertise to making and refining Swiss semi-hard and hard cheeses (slicing cheese) and preparing them for market. Over the past years, their ideal combination of skills and dedication has transformed the former small village cheese dairy in Jonschwil into today’s Hardegger Käse company – one of Switzerland’s most important cheese producers and traders.
